Energy Balancing Meditation

Thanks for subscribing! In this recording I guide you step-by-step through the energy balancing process. It takes about 30 minutes. The key is to take this on as a daily practice, ideally first thing in the morning before you go about your day, as part of your psycho-emotional self-care and energy body maintenance.
